CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA |
Data that is gathered and processed by La Marzocco S.r.l., due to registration and use by the User of the Technical Center Platform, belong to the category "personal data". Among these, in particular: - name, surname, country of origin, telephone number, e-mail address, role at company to which the individual belongs, username and password. |
WHY IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND WHAT IS THE CONDITION THAT MAKES PROCESSING LEGAL? |
HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA? |

The processing of your Data takes place to allow you to subscribe to the Platform, as well as the subsequent use of the same (for example, to consult the documents that the Data Controller will publish within it, which may be useful to learn about products and to improve the technical assistance process). |
The above-mentioned processing activity is lawful as it is necessary to respond to your request for registration on the Platform, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR. |
The User's Data - gathered and processed when registering and using the Platform - are kept by the Data Controller for the entire duration of registration on the Platform itself. The Data is then deleted (and any related communications will no longer be forwarded), from the moment the User unsubscribes from the Platform. |
Your Data and, in particular, your e-mail address, are also used to inform you of the publication of new documents on the Platform, in order to allow you to consult them promptly. |
The condition that makes the above-mentioned processing lawful is the one pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to inform the User about available updates on the Platform. |
NATURE OF DATA CONFERMENT |
The provision of Data is mandatory for registration and to use the services on the Platform. Your refusal to provide the Data, therefore, would disallow your registration and use of the Platform itself. |
CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA |
The Data may be disclosed to subjects operating as independent data controllers (such as, by way of example, the Supervisory and Control Authority and any public entity entitled to request them). The Data could also be viewed and processed by subjects external to La Marzocco S.r.l. who, on its behalf, carry out services as data processors, for example, maintenance services of the Platform or the website. |
SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED FOR PROCESSING |
Your Data may be processed by the Data Controller's staff and operators appointed to pursue the aforementioned purposes, who have been expressly authorized for processing by La Marzocco S.r.l., and have received appropriate operating instructions and who are also bound by professional confidentiality. |
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION |
Your Data may be transferred outside the European Economic area only in the presence of requirements established by Articles. 44 and ss. of the GDPR. |

At any time, you can request the following by contacting the Data Controller at privacy@lamarzocco.com: • access to Data concerning you (Article 15 of the GDPR); • Data rectification and integration (Article 16 of the GDPR); • Data erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR); • restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR); • to oppose the processing in the hypothesis of legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 21 of the GDPR); • receipt of the Data itself in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit the Data to another Data Controller without hindrance (“right to data portability”, art. 20 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, pursuant to art. 77 of GDPR, if you believe that the processing of your Data is in conflict with the regulations in force. |
